Manny, Ben, Sam, William...
What an adventure we had for Mother's Day weekend! All I can say is being a Grandma is one of the highlights of my life. We picked up the boys on Friday and headed up the hill. We talked about what we would do during their visit, of course we had to go on a adventure! So we made our plans... we would look for wild animals, and bake. You know that's what we do at Grandma and Manny's house. (Some call him Manny, one calls him PaPa and the other calls him Grandpa) LOL
So the plans were set we stayed up late,(we like to party) made a fort, which Rascal jumped on and ruined our fun. We woke up early on Saturday morning and ate waffles for breakfast and headed out on our adventure. We went outside and the birds were singing, we listened to them and they told us which way to go, we followed their directions and came to the Hesperia Zoo, amazing only 2 blocks from our house. After meeting and feeding the most amazing exotic animals we headed to the lake. We are so blessed to have a lake 5 minutes from the house. We played, then went home and baked a cake for Bonnie. It was a fantastic weekend! Just us and the boys...
